1Prepare noodles according to packet instructions.
2Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add the noodles and toss to heat through and coat with the oil — about 1 minute.
3Add the Sauce, pepper and water and cook for 30 seconds until Sauce starts to thicken.
4Add the bean sprouts and chives and stir fry to combine, about 30 seconds — they should remain crisp. Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Requires Real Chinese All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce (recipe-017). A classic Cantonese noodle dish.
