  • 1 canwhole kernel corn (15 oz), drained with 1/2 liquid reserved
  • 1 cancream-style corn (14.75 oz)
  • 2eggs
  • 1 packagedry corn bread mix (8 oz)
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 8 ozCheddar cheese, shredded
  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, reserved liquid, eggs, corn bread mix, and sour cream; stir until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with cheese.
  3. 3Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
