Easy No-Yeast Yogurt Flatbread

  • 2 cupplain flour (all-purpose flour)
  • 2 cupGreek yogurt
  • 0.5 tspsalt
  • 0.667 tspbicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
  • oil, for frying
  1. 1In a large bowl, add the flour, yogurt, salt and bicarbonate of soda.
  2. 2Use your hands to gently form a dough — it will be sticky at this point. Cover the dough with foil and leave to rest for 20 minutes.
  3. 3Divide the dough into 6 balls and dust each ball generously with flour.
  4. 4Use a rolling pin to flatten each ball.
  5. 5Heat a non-stick frying pan, add about half a teaspoon of oil, then cook the flatbreads on each side for about 2 minutes, or until cooked.
  6. 6Serve hot or cold.
